We are dedicated to equipping single mothers with the tools, education, resources and support they need to build
a sustainable and stable quality of life that reduces the risks of housing and food insecurity
We do this via financial literacy, career development, life coaching, mental health therapy and spiritual enrichment.
In the United States, over 6 million households are led by single mothers. Amid rising rent costs and inflation-driven increases in grocery prices, nearly 30% of single mothers face ongoing food insecurity, while 60% of homeless families are headed by single mothers. For many, a single unexpected expense can mean the difference between stability and crisis, forcing families into shelters, extended-stay hotels, or, in the most desperate cases, their vehicles. The cycle of financial hardship creates lasting trauma, not only impacting the mental health and well-being of single mothers but also shaping the futures of their children.

FOOD AND NUTRITION PROGRAM
Rising costs and inflation have left many families vulnerable to food insecurity, with single-parent households facing even greater challenges in providing consistent, nutritious meals. The increasing burden of rent and living expenses makes it difficult for many working single mothers to maintain a healthy diet for themselves and their children.
At MySuite19, we are committed to bridging this gap by providing essential resources, grocery assistance, and education on healthy eating, meal planning, preparation, and budgeting. Our mission is to empower working single mothers with the tools and support they need to ensure their families have access to nutritious meals, reducing the ongoing threat of food insecurity and promoting long-term stability.
MENTORSHIP & EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Our Mentorship Empowerment Program is a comprehensive, personal development program dedicated to
equipping single mothers with the tools, education, resources, and support they need to build a sustainable,
stable quality of life that reduces the risks of housing and food insecurity.
Through holistic support, personalized resources, and transformative programs, we provide the guidance necessary to help each mother achieve long-term success. Our approach begins with a comprehensive assessment of each mother's unique needs and goals. Based on this data, we develop a personalized empowerment plan that
fosters stability and resilience.
Addressing this crisis requires targeted solutions that provide stability, economic empowerment, and dedicated support. By investing in single mothers, we strengthen families, uplift communities, and break the cycle of financial hardship for future generations.
